About Us
Villa Farm Enterprise is a social agribusiness venture dedicated to transforming Mutoko & Mudzi rural communities through advancing sustainable farming, food sovereignty and green livelihoods. We exist as a creative and reliable space to formulate solutions that address challenges in agriculture while promoting practices that uphold and protect both people and the planet.
Our work focuses on elevating young people, women, and girls in rural communities, equiping them with tools, knowledge, skills and opportunities to thrive in agriculture and related value chains. Through sustainable food systems and green livelihoods, we seek to ensure rural upliftment, climate resilience, and community well-being.

Retail & Market Linkages

Through EcoBasMart, we seek to bridge the gap between producers and consumers through online and physical markets.

Makora Peanut Butter Project

We produce and source groundnuts from women-partner farmers (groundnuts & small grains are considered as women crops in Makora) and process it into highly nutritious, affordable Makora peanut butter.

Small Grains Production & Value Addition

VFE promotes traditional grains (sorghum, millet) for climate resilience and nutrition. We also produce cow-peas, sugar-beans, pumpkins, soya-beans and lentils

Poultry Production

Our main brand Mr Sasso is growing successfully, with branches in Mutoko and Mudzi district. Besides Sasso chicken, we also do roadrunner, turkeys, guinea fowls and broilers.

Training & Capacity Building

To empower and uplift youth, women, and farmers with agroecological and entrepreneurial skills.

Advocacy & Awareness

VFE exist to champion food sovereignty, climate-smart agriculture, and sustainable food systems at community and policy levels.

EcoBasMart is a dynamic eco-friendly food store and community marketplace launched by Villa Farm Enterprise. We operate both online and physical, connecting rural farmers and agroecological producers directly with health-conscious consumers.
